Support Advisor

Tashkent, Uzbekistan

As a Support Advisor, you’ll be the bridge between our users and our product. You’ll help small business owners, accountants, and freelancers understand how to use Zidnify confidently, from creating e-invoices to running payroll and submitting tax reports.

You’ll also collect user feedback, identify recurring issues, and work closely with our product and engineering teams to improve the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Guide users through onboarding, setup, and daily use of Zidnify.
  • Provide email, chat, and in-app support in English, Russian, and Uzbek.
  • Collaborate with the product team to report bugs, suggest improvements, and prioritize fixes.
  • Support users with local tax compliance questions (e.g., e-invoicing, VAT rules), with the help of our accounting advisors.
  • Help test new features before release and ensure they’re clear and localized for Uzbekistan’s users.
  • Maintain a friendly, respectful tone that builds trust and long-term relationships with customers.

Must Have

  • Experience in customer support, accounting software, or fintech/SaaS platforms.
  • Good understanding of SME finance (invoicing, tax, or payroll concepts).
  • Fluent in Uzbek or Russian; working proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain technical steps in simple, everyday language.

Nice to have

  • Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or business administration.
  • Experience with tools like Zoho, QuickBooks, or 1C.
  • Familiarity with Uzbekistan’s e-invoicing system (Faktura Uzasbo).
  • Knowledge of CRM or ticketing tools (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk, or Freshdesk).
